MATRIX™ Workshops are a full week of education designed to train advisors and wealth management assistants on building and managing a successful wealth management business. These workshops cover the four areas you must master to build a wealth management business: Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Administration.
The first two days cover essential marketing systems and sales skills. You will learn how to market financial services to your clients using proven marketing tools and systems. You will also learn sales presentation skills and how to use them when conducting client meetings. The latter part of the course provides an overview of processes and paperwork, compliance, legal and technical considerations and the essentials of doing business through 1st Global.
